Cub Scout Pack 148 - Woodbury, NY
Code Of Conduct
In an effort to reinforce the lesson of making a personal
commitment to follow the rules, Pack 148 has a Cub
Scout Conduct Plan. Annually, at the start of the school
year, each Cub Scout's parent(s)/guardian(s) will review
the "Code of Conduct" agreement with their son.
When the family and Scout agree to abide by the "Code,
the Scout and parent(s)/guardian(s) will sign the forms
in the appropriate places and return the signed "Code of
Conduct" form to the Cubmaster via the Den Leader.

* Returning Scouts shall return their signed forms no
later than the first pack meeting each year.

* New Scouts no later than the second event after
joining.

NOTE: Any Cub Scout who hasn't turned in a signed
"Code of Conduct" form to the Cubmaster or Den Leader
will not be permitted to participate in Pack 148
meetings, events, or activities until the forms are signed
and turned in.

More details can be found in the forms linked from this
