Cub Scout Pack 148 - Woodbury, NY |

About our Pack |
Woodbury Pack 148 is located in upstate New York. We belong to the Hudson Valley Council / Heritage District of the BSA. Our Charter organization is the Woodbury Lions Club. We have about 60 registered scouts. Most of our scouts live in the areas of Central Valley, Highland Mills, Harriman, Woodbury, and Monroe New York.. Our activities are set around the Woodbury community and its resources. We avidly participate in local parades, town events, as well as district and council events. Scout meetings are held during the school year. Once each month, all of the Dens and family members gather for a Pack Meeting. A committee of volunteer parents meet monthly to plan and organize upcoming events. |
How Can I Join? Boys can join a Cub Scout Pack from 1st through 5th grades. An adult volunteer organizes the boys into a 'Den' of six to eight boys. Tiger Cubs (first-graders), Wolf Cubs (second-grade), Bear Cubs (third-grade), and Webelos Scouts (fourth and fifth-graders). |
